Service Description

Book this private session to help with your mobility movement and relaxation. You will be guided through an assisted stretch with aromatherapy and a light massage.  Client may choose to use our studio or have their session in the privacy of their home. Additional fees apply based on mileage. This is an assisted stretch by a certified yoga instructor. Please consult with a doctor first concerning any major injuries to be sure your session is comfortable. Payment Policy All Payments are due before the date of appointment. If you choose our monthly package, payment is due at the date of the initial sign up. If payment is late, a 48 hour grace period is given. After grace period there is an additional $25 and restriction from workshop/ free events. Please schedule each session in advance. No call No shows will result in loss of session. If the instructor cancels you have the option of receiving payment back or rescheduling your session.
